I need help renewing subscription.

i ordered photoshop elements 10 last april.  need renew it, , won't let me online. doesn't give option activate or enter credit card information.  tried uninstall , reinstall it.  no luck.  says have reached storage limit, , need upgrade membership, won't let me upgrade either.  help!!!!!!!!! please!!!!!!!!!!

you aware photoshop.com in process of going away? becoming revel? want do--switch revel or retrieve photos photoshop.com?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
