Layer duplication?

how can duplicate recent layer???

 

i have cs4, ctrl+j doesn't work..

hi,

 

are on windows system?

 

if go to layer>new>layer via copy ctrl+j keyboard shortcut listed?

also, go edit>keyboard shortcuts , see if ctrl+j listed layer via copy.

 

a couple of other ways duplicate layer right clicking right of the layer thumbnail in layers panel , press duplicate layer

or drag layer in layers panel down create new layer icon @ bottom of layers panel.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
