Not an upgrade...

i purchased acrobat xi pro , downloaded per instructions. when launch program screen appears asks product , serial number upgraded from, , there no way bypass screen. did not purchase upgrade; purchased new package. how can launch program?

what name of executable downloaded? may want contact adobe or reseller purchased product , let them know appear have been given link upgrade , not standalone installer.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
