open two ebooks at once

i need open 2 ebooks in ade @ once time. is, i'd have 2 ade windows open @ once can compare 2 ebooks side-by-side. possible?

the way know drm ebooks install 2 different book reader programs.

you can install ade2.0 , ade1.7.2 , use them side side.

also sony reader (designed use sony ereader devices works ok itself)  https://ebookstore.sony.com/download/

 

if not drm there lots more programs choose between, , of them can launch multiple copies of same app if prefer.

eg cool reader http://sourceforge.net/projects/crengine/

i don't know of single instance can open 2 books side side.

 

version 1.7.2, little difficult find, available on adobe site windows , mac.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
