RoboHelp 8.0 will not uninstall

i have installed adobe robohelp 8.0 on window7 32 bit machine.

i have tried uinstall in programs , features. starts process roles back.

the program has been activated , valid serial number entered.

i have restarted machine before install , before trying un-install.

the program installed administrator.

the command line setup.exe -silent -

the log file shows succes full installation status codes=0

please not share serial key , phone number public forum. i've edited forum post

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
