Serial Number?

attempting install sn box isn't accepting number sent me.  familiar?

i purchased photoshop elements 11 earlier today.   "enter serial number" box has 6 spaces numbers/letters. 

you should never divulge serial number... otherwise else have , use please.  number showed not resemble serial number.

 

normally serial number sets of characters (in experience, 6 sets of 4 characters) input same number of textfields number of sets.
