Slide Videos not loading on the first launch in LMS

i'm working module have slide video 10 minutes long.  i've compressed down 480 360 resolution using adobe media encoder, down bit-rate of 600 kpbs.  slide video distributed across twelve slides introduction , submit slide not contain video. flash video has been inserted flash video.

 

the problem when upload lms , launch module, project load not video.  if close window , relaunch it,  video loads second time. 

 

i've tinkered around kinds of settings.  i've set pre-loader 5%-30%, i've tried exporting in flash 9, 10, , 10.2, i've published in captivate 5.5 , html 5 in captivate 6.  ideas on can video load first time?

try removing preloader , try upload on free lms called scormcloud.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
