Thread: Core unlocking and overclocking programs?

planning unlock cores , overclock on new pc build, of programs people have suggested use temp control , stress testing windows based.

can recommend programs linux/ubuntu can use stress testing, temperature monitoring/etc?

system has amd phenom ii x3 , gigabyte 880gma, 8gb gskills ram.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
