Account Administration stuck on 'Submit'

i logged dps account administration test enable article preview functionality , after clicked submit button has remained grayed out. message beside says 'please patient, step may take few minutes'. hour ago. logging out , in again dps makes no difference, submit button remains disabled. when click folio producer preview option has not appeared.

the button doesnt enable again unless change setting. mystery solved.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
