Acrobat Reader XI fail to open file from unc path "Access Denied"

hi,

 

when try open pdf file unc path double-click on there error message : "there error opening files. access denied"

 

if "file -> open" file open correctly. same if copy file localy.

 

after looking around internet , other thread acrobat reader x got same problem seemed resolved update.

 

if desable "enable protected mode @ startup" file open correctly (it not solution).

 

does anyone have a solution this problem ?

 

os : windows xp sp3

acrobat reader : 11.0.2

i have seen occur 1 user's computer.  user similar privileges , software setup not exhibit same issue however.  love adobe investigate , address issue.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
