Administrator rights for updater

our organization has received dell optiplex 7010's win 7 pro 32 bit  sp1.  our users set restricted users.  when adobe flash player updater runs, receive message:

 

you must have administrative privileges install adobe flash player.  please log on administrative privileges , try again.

 

we did not encounter issue win xp pro , restricted users.  need updater run, users access web sites flash player content.  we've checked task scheduler , updater task set run under user system.  how can updater run our restricted users?  assistance.

i'll double check our installer team, suspect happening we're in our 30 day period when silent auto update mechanism hasn't kicked in.  once pass may 9th, silent auto update should kick in , restricted users updated automatically.

 

you can bypass implementing own flash update server allow push out builds clients, regardless of permission level, make them available.  please see post details:

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
