Cadac template - Twitter feed not working

we using cadac template showcase bc time ago twitter feed stopped working. when download template today feed remains empty.

 

we tried different user names etc nothing, ... i'd expect features of these templates work when downloaded, if not what's point having them there?

 

did find fix it?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
