Content is blank but I know images are there

this strange.  bought template off of graphicriver.net know conent in file.  had friend try open on computer , had no issues.  however, when try open file on computer it's blank page.  but, whenever use scroll bars, content appears on screen , goes away when stop.  took screen capture of blank page can see floating side bar pages visable content on pages 1 , 2... won't show in main area.  screen capture:  https://www.dropbox.com/s/jci2cdzjf17s6xo/indesign.png

 

i'm using windows 8 way, i'm wondering if has it. 

 

any appreciated.

have tried under "view" menu > display performance > fast display? or > typical display? sounds little memory issue, redraw issue... aside using windows 8, may not have enough memory run cs6 on complex view settings... how memory system have?
