Converting batch pdf files to txt files

hello all,

 

i intermediate level programmer experience in visual basic 6. developing small application read data pdf files. however, unable directly read data pdf files. so, converted them txt files , able process them.

 

however, first step of converting pdf files txt files still doen manually. want automate it. can on how go using vb6?

 

im using adobe reader x (ver 10.1.6) , window 7 operating system.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
