is there way "merge" 2, half page .pdf documents single, one-page .pdf document?

 

i work half page or smaller .pdf documents, , i'd merge these fractional pages single page when print, i'm not using more paper needed.  possible in adobe acrobat without cutting , pasting snapshots ms-word, , saving word document .pdf document?

no not in acrobat. there similar question yesterday. 1 of mvp answered indesign can it.
