Dynamic forms and older versions of Reader

hi,

 

is there plan ever release newer version linux or, @ least, 1 supports dynamic forms?  notice older macs have same problem...

 

i'm attempting view/fill out forms on following page need borrow computer in order so.

really?!?  newest version available linux 9.5.4...

i tried http://www.legalaid.on.ca/en/info/forms/lawyer%20empanelment%20form.pdf - seems ok in version 8 or above.

there never new version of reader linux, nor out of date os... might misunderstanding message get. message "if message not replaced proper contents of document, pdf viewer may not able display type of document."? if so, make sure opening in reader - not other pdf viewer, such 1 built browser.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
