Help for Photoshop CS6 Computer Build, please

hello all.

i have been reading years, not write because of poor english.

following various discussions think (and hope) have assembled pc used photoshop (at time cs6). use website photographs (canon 5d mark ii) , photographic manipulations.

my questions follows:

1. depending on configuration put under, on ssd drive should put windows 8?

2. should have dual boot windows 7 compatibility problems?

3. windows 8 compatible major plugin? (onone, alienskin, autofx, nik software).

4. windows 8 compatible actions such miranda, cma, mcp, craig's action etc?

 

 

in case need have both 7 , 8 believe there no choice: 2 os on ssd , 250gb (i think ..) on scratch disk 128gb ssd.

but in case put programs? used hold os , programs on different partitions (preferably different disks). or maybe should give partition of wd red scratch disk , put programs on 128 gb ssd?

 

and last question (for moment):

where put pagefile , hiberfil.sys?

having 64gb of ram these 2 files huge and, among other things, in desktop pc hibernation useless.

what think? 3tb wd still partitioned , must add 2 1tb drives in current computer a. have several external storage drives backup.

 

since can still everything, advice "gurus" have been reading of many years
