How can I activate Photoshop cs (8.0)?

ok - old proud owner of legit copy of cs , have used happily 8 years.  when went use other day tells me computer configuration has changed (not since last time used yes on last 8 years!!!!) , need reactivate.  click ok , find activation server has been taken down (after couple of cryptic messages , googling).  try phone support option , tells me have wrong number of digits (even though i'm typing displayed on screen)

 

i try amnd myself - find links (but cs2) don't need activation - end advice being contact support.  , polite gentleman can't me , directs me forums...

 

i'd appreciate anyones assistance right adobe have blocked use of legit licensed copy of software - old yes - mine , job need!

you had right answer cs2 downloads. title on page reads;

 

"error: activation server unavailable | cs2 or older products..."

 

download , install cs2 product(s). long hold legitimate license cs2 or older product (as do), part of target audience , entitled so.
