on the fringes of this forum – two graphics questions

… justified because knowledgeable forum i'm acquainted with, because both questions related graphics intended use in fm :-}

• someone has sent me system graphic in .565 format, first 1 i've ever encountered. ideas on how convert more familiar .png or .tiff?
• patiently tidying feels thousands of graphics i've inherited , need re-use, find myself elbows in illustrator "area text" boxes. know of illustrator equivalent fm's esc,m,p?

i don't know of shortcut, can follows:

 

• click document setup on top bar
• in document setup dialog box, click edit artboard
• press enter
• change preset: fit artwork bounds
• click ok.
