Payment system unavailable

how sign creative cloud account when payment system unavailable ?

 

this not seem recent problem others have complained it, haven't seen workaround problem nor effort adobe acknowledge or resolve it.

 

i have tried chrome , ie past week no avail.

i checked account details. reason payment system unavailable there country mis-match. in other words, adobe id ordering shows country card details , billing address shows uk.

 

so, suggest place order through adobe id country uk , card details uk. else, if want fix id might need contact adobe support @ http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
