Photoshop CS6 - no upgrade options???

i have purchased photoshop cs6 in december last year. live in israel. have tried single app membership option not available me. cc teams in available. has annual subscription of around same price of purchasing photoshop in first place. stupid buy photoshop in first place? looks have no upgrade option @ all. can me ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
