Serial NOT associated with my account?

customer service said serial number isn't associated account. said don't have cs4 registered. account, under products, says have adobe cs4 registered , verified... have original email sent when registered cs4!!! no, customer service says serial isn't registered under email. under email, since used email take these pictures.

 

i'm @ complete loss. i've done under sun chat support, , nothing.

is same e-mail or have other e-mail address/adobe id ?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
