hi
working on project , need interface gprs modem. , know can control ( read , send sms ) @ commands. have used application called gammu.
need more flexible in carrying out operations.
appreciate me in guiding me on how use or execute @ commands our linux terminal(ubuntu).
thanx.

try using minicom package. works serial port interface not modems , gprs devices, cisco routers , other networking devices use serial port.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
