why don't try tor proxy? works reasonably fast, , uses number of different ip addresses. use following:
code:
sudo apt-get install tor
, configure clients use it. can download foxyproxy add-on firefox& thunderbird , right click-tor wizard. tor should run automatically, if isn't can use:
code:
tor
in terminal. can configure tor in other browsers opera in preferences, must support socks proxy. type following in socks proxy bar:

ip address: 127.0.0.1 port: 9050
