Black Signature Box

i'm trying print letter off of database document set pdf. 3 days ago, printed correctly. now, every letter's signature box black , can barely see signature in whiteish cast inside. has wrong computer, because other people can print correctly computers.

 

i tried updating adobe, repairing, uninstalling , reinstalling. tried black box fixes - registry update , changing adobe preferences no smooth text. have suggestions on how fix this?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
