Can I honestly reccommend customers to use your product?


i frustrated flash player.  run computer repair service in northern california, in last 2 years have noticed alarming trend, upwards of 50% of service calls people extremely fast pc's cannot watch youtube video because flash choppy , freezes constantly.  have searched , tried available solutions (updating, disabling h/a, different browsers, etc) nothing fixes it.  these pc's quad core 16gb ram, ss hard drives boot in 20 seconds, can play game under sun, apparently adobe can't create program seemingly worked fine 10 years ago, supercomputers cannot run it?  adobe, otherwise silverlight gonna win.  seriously, there have been internet polls, 80% of flash users unhappy , patches nothing fix problem of them having.  gives? i'm close reccommedning customers not use flash due it's volatile unreliability.

 

also, i've tried other browsers, i've tried updating gfx drivers, i've tried fresh install.  i've tried , customers attempting insinuate pc's build not "powerful" shoddy software hurting business, 100% willing make legal matter software has had problem on 2 years , nothing has been done fix it.

 

it's disheartening considering used think adobe greatest company promise.

 

also, tech support terrible, sat on phone on hour waiting, , waiting, , hung up.  @ 10 western on monday morning.  chose option make purchasing products, sat on line 30 minutes , said "forget it" if how treat paying customers, think start not reccommmending software , not including on pc's , have customers sign contract them know "adobe flash player not covered our warranty, problems or slowdowns in performance caused software not our responsibility.  install @ own risk."

 

i've begun reccommending angry customers come here vent anger.

 

fix or lose fan.  i'm 100% serious.  remove , never back.  don't care if never use youtube again, fix software!

just posting user.  have used flash player long time; watch lots of videos, have never experienced such problem.  , not have supercomputer; ordinary laptop , number of older desktop machines.  none of these exhibit strange when playing videos.

 

so causing behavior on machines, not on others?  slow internet connection?

 

if reproduce on system try observe process process monitor.  think "choppy playing" , "freezing" caused wait resources; process monitor identify happening.

 

hope input adobe, guess cannot reproduce behavior.
