Can't open any of my apps!

i have creative cloud subscription , has been working without fail. of sudden when try open app (in-design, photoshop...) following message:

 

adobe application manager needed resolve problem. however, missing or damaged. please download , install new copy of application manager 'http://www.adobe.com/go/applicationmanager'.

 

i can't open app manager, tells me failed initialize , have downloaded 5 times now. adobe support advisor has not been helpful. can please me out here, have deadlines meet.

 

(yes, have re-started computer)

sorry you're having trouble. have attempted remove or uninstall application manager?  here link instructions http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-creative-cloud-installation-download .html#removing_creative_cloud

 

let know if works or can try route solve issue.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
