File with RGB and CMYK in same Doc?

i have many layered psd.  tab says rgb/8/cmyk? didn't think can mix color space?

 

now big question. way determine layer cmyk? i'd convert or remove it?

it have been placed pdf?

there no cmyk layer. document has single color mode. document rgb, 8-bit per channel, , have enabled view > proof colors view > proof setup > working cmyk.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
