flash player

i upset , disappointed flash player not installed on galaxy 10.1 tablet , adobe not allow it!!  had known have never purchased , have purchsed ipad.  sold kindle fire reason.  i'm partially disabled , enjoy using tablet while relaxing on couch.  cant play full version of pogo or watch hulu or videos.  how can solve this?

is device , os listed on http://www.adobe.com/devnet-apps/flashruntimes/certified-devices.html ?

 

also, have @ how manually install flash player on android device?
