H264 live video streaming playback dropping frames and jerky output

i create video conferencing tool using h.264 video codec.i noticed flash player h264 live streaming  dropping frames @ receiver end rigorously when streaming fms 3.5. there no frames dropped on publishing end. dropped frames correspond to  netstreaminfo. netstrem.currentfps value 60% less publisher fps value  there no latency @ receiver end . the output jerky.  cpu usage normal @ receiver end.

 

is there settings required @ server side remove jerky playbak of stream.

 

can 1 please out on this.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
