Having problems contacting [email removed by moderator]

i purchased xi pro (student & teacher ed.).  registered in name (gary lovelace).  teach part time in various local school district elementary schools.  badge issued every 5 years.  told needed badge issued in last year.  purchased wife, teacher in local public elementary school (full time) , tried re-register under name, not proceed same product no.  email address have [email removed moderator] (i assume preceeded www.) not valid published in instructions.  want contact them , resolved.  thanks

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
