Installing Premiere Pro Issues

i have tried installing trial of premiere pro days , has never worked. errors "4690" , "error 105" come every time , has been saying "extracting may take while" days. have tried downloading program on course of couple months , ive never been able it. along forum have tried contacting adobe many times , have had no progress @ all. need program asap work, please help!

this can happen if download has been corrupted.  please cancel download , try again.  additional information please see solution 4 in troubleshoot adobe download assistant - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-download-assistant.html#main_solutio n_4.

 

alternately can initiate direct download following directions listed @ http://forums.adobe.com/thread/981369.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
