Pop-ups display in full window

hello, company installed robohelp version 10 week. using version 7. if select display in auto sizing pop link still opens in full size window...any tips? if preview after compiling it displays fine, on live site still opens in full window mode.

i'm assuming here working in earlier version? if so, clicking tools > update dhtml effects in topics correct issue?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
