Robohelp Projects Dropping all Files/Content

hi,
in past week of robohelp projects have lost content/topics leaving project totally empty.
we use subversion , svn files not affected, is, project files intact in svn.
it appears robohelp has lost 'connection' svn , dumped content.
furthermore, empty robohelp project has added set of skin 'files' never use -  'beautifulvista',
which pop un in svn non-versioned files.
sometimes issue causes robohelp crash , doesn't.
sometimes happens when i'm doing merge , when i'm updating project.
it random.
i have saved screenshots of crash error report, say, issue not cause crash.

note: i've been working these projects in same way year , isssue has started occur.

also, work on these same projects 2 colleagues , issue not affect them, is, perform same actions on same projects, on daily basis , ok.

my machine appears working normal , application crash seems confined robohelp.

my machine not crash, robohelp.

 

i using:
robohelp 10 patch.
windows 7
8 gb of ram

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
