Start Quiz button using clean blue theme has a black ugly background instead of transparent

i added start quiz button using clean blue theme , shows ugly black background when previewed or published.  tried using smart shape , same thing.  thoughts?

please confirm full version of captivate (help > adobe captivate).

 

also tell operating system using.

 

will possibe attach screen shot of slide while previewing.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
