Thread: 11.10 WinFF error libxvidcore.so.4 help.

okay here's story:
wanted convert .wma .mp3
installed winff through ubuntu software center.
added .wma file , pressed convert , threw message saying:

/usr/local/bin/ffmpeg: error while loading shared libraries: libxvidcore.so.4: cannot open shared object file: no such file or directory
i looked around solution it's overwhelming me now.
tried simple..:

i need simple step step instructions on how fix please

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
