Thread: Is there any way to see what is inside filesystem.squashfs?
hi,
downloaded debian , noticed when browse cd (or dvd) lists every package alphabetically in folder called pool, think pretty cool.
since ubuntu based on debian, thought i'd try see how ubuntu differed, noticed ubuntu has called filesystem.squashfs assume has packages inside of it.
there way "open" filesystem.squashfs see inside of it?
i'm using ubuntu 11.04
as other filesystem need mount it, must have correct filesystem driver, in case squashfs. not sure if installed ubuntu has default, can added if needed. if memory serves me correctly squashfs read design, cannot write it.
