Thread: Two Hard drives - Two Operating Systems

is possible run multiple operating systems on 1 laptop via expansion bay. getting laptop have 2 hard drive bays, can dedicate os 1 , os other?

i'm presuming have setup similar laptop: 1 internal hard drive, second hard drive using drive bay, right?

have no trouble installing ubuntu either drive, don't know if can same windows. won't let install "external" drive, , since drive in bay removable, might consider "external".

have ubuntu install on removable drive , works fine.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
