Why does the reference panel not pop up in Dreamweaver CS6? Help!?

every time go window --> results  nothing pops in dreamweaver cs6 (non cloud member version). not option hard copy of software???

it's there.  on windows, click f7.  if don't see results panel immediately, may need resize or close properties panel tab group make room it.  see screenshot.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
