WMP codecs missing after import, save & close without exporting

so can't find answer anywhere , since takes more few words explain it, i'll try here.

 

so happens.

the file fine

i import cs6

if save , close cs6, then try play files windows media player, annouce error message saying codecs missing

then if reopen saved file in cs6, files listed missing.. , if reimport them, audio imported , video mysteriously gone.

 

do need install codecs or whaaaat?

report details of file, including came from.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
