Annotation/tag numbers on fillable fields in Acrobat Pro 9.pdf

i know how can prevent annotation or tag number displaying , printing when create editable fields on document using acrobat pro 9.  ruins documents because these numerical annotations/tags display on top of editable or fillable fields in document.  cannot seem find option or setting make sure never display on document. 

i think due sort of bug. number of people have reported i've never been able dupplicate it, when i've had access same document. can suggest trying (in order):

 

1. apply latest updates acrobat 9

2. repair acrobat (help > repair acrobat installation

3. if there's no difference, deactivate, uninstall, , reinstall acrobat

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
