Audio problem

am having problems editing audio in cp6.  example, when lower volume of background audio, cannot seem leave audio editor, , have no choice other close file without changes or force quit captivate.  updated latest patch 6.0.1. 319 earlier in day.  perhaps factor, not sure.

 

has experienced this, or have suggestions?

please close captivate first, , rename preferences folder,

location captivate preferences folder is:

 

     windows 7: c:\users\[user name]\appdata (hidden folder)\local\adobe\adobe captivate 6 folder

           windows xp:  c:\documents , settings\[user name]\local settings\application data\adobe\adobe captivate 6 folder

           mac:  /users/[user name]/library/preferences/adobe captivate 6 folder

 

rename captivate 6 folder captivate 6_old.

then launch captivate.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
