Bizarro room behavior: Any ideas?!?
i'm licensed meeting host , demonstrating meeting room morning 2 co-workers (another licensed host , guest). demo guest admittance process, logged out , tried log in guest admittance request pop-up box never showed on screens. after 30 seconds of waiting, refreshed browser , logged in under own account connect seemed open parallel version of same meeting room. did not see co-workers in attendee pod nor did see me in theirs. interact pods in room , in theirs didn't see each others changes. after 10 minutes second licensed host reported graphic in share pod had vanished , pod filled white. guest, however, still see graphic but different pod had filled white on screen. the host lthen ost connection room , re-login connected meeting room. guest bumped now-hostless meeting , when reconnected in version of meeting room.
this similar problem had in same meeting room several weeks ago when had problem admitting guests. @ point in meeting pop-up boxes populate links did nothing , pop-up boxes did not vanish after cicking. no additional guests admitted room (which below our 100 person limit btw). staff passwords access room normal, guests appeared locked out.
adobe support suggested our original problem due recent upgrade never specified why.
has else ever experienced such behavior? there @ our end can troubleshoot? can meeting room live twice simultaneously?
i've since learned our local internet service experiencing network problems during both of these problems, question becomes: has experienced unexpected behavior connect during period of increased network traffic?
