Blurry end product?

i shot imagery in hd , looked while editing when did "share" @ end, no mattter format, out of focus.  having been cameraman in past, know focus , lack of when see , seems pronounced.  i'm wondering if i'm missing toggle somewhere??

when "hd" looks while editing talking rendered timeline @ playback in edit mode monitor? if so...

 

your export settings need looked into.

 

please supply following information, , suggest settings try solve and/or identify core of issue.

 

what version of premiere elements using, on computer operating system (including 32 or 64 bit)? computer optimized , drivers date?

 

project preset

properties of source media (including video/audio compressions, frame size, frame rate, progressive or interlaced, if interlaced field order: lower or upper field first, file extension, duration.

what first choice export of video file saved computer hard drive or disc (dvd or blu-ray)?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
