Cannot create Behance account with Adobe ID - Signup Locked?

hi

 

i create behance account in otder utilise prosite features bundled creative cloud package.

i signed full individual package, if remember correctly.

 

i start off process clicking "sign adobe id" option , log in creative cloud credentials.

while can reach signup page , enter details no issues, clicking continue leads blank page "https://www.behance.net/signup/locked?" url. we've tried multiple times multiple machines, we're not quite sure issue is. shed light on situation?

can confirm followed steps outlined in article? publish behance creative cloud.

the steps sign in different based on whether you're new behance or new creative cloud.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
