Flash, hung install, Flash Install package (Contents/Resources) has no Adobe Flash Player.pkg file?

flash player - in safari, mac os 7, keep getting hung install @ 7%. i've unisntalled several times , keep hanging @ point. using online checked flash install package contents; contents/resources not have adobe flash player.pkg file in it.

try installer http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/licensing/mac/install_flash_playe r_11_osx.dmg

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
