Photoshop Elements Organizer 9 loses files?

i download files card reader organizer photos. creates thumbnails, makes new folders in pictures usual. when try th open thumbnail lost file error. organizer can see files in pictures ones created.

 

help please

i guess issue here missing files. if so, please follow forum: http://psekb.blogspot.in/2013/03/how-do-i-reconnect-missing-files-in.html

please let me know if doesn't resolves issue.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings. how do I change the e-mail address for my merchant account
