Prevent language copy if parent structure doesn't exists

hi,

in cq5.5 want stop language copy happening if parent structure not in place in target locale. has done it? how can best implement this? cq allows language copy pages if parent strucutre not exists in target locale cq creates parent folders no jcr:content node breaking copied pages parent pages. prevent happening interupt language copy & check if target locale have parent structure in place or not.

to prevent siteadmin breaking sibling pages under circumstances describe, please log daycare ticket requesting hotfix 2763 (dependencies 2177 , 42229).

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
