Problems moving My Documents to different location

i using ssd system drive p pro cs5 in windows 7.  because of limited space , cost of ssd compared mechanical drives, appeared idea relocate documents different location.  unfortunately, have found can create several problems follows:

 

  • unless move system file relocation correctly made , recovery can risky.
  • the relocation results in pointer in libraries documents in new location, under c:user\'account name' documents folder no longer exists.
  • when using premier pro, default project files appear directed specific locations.  in different drive system drive, system defaults not appear apply.  if there several users, relocated documents file needs placed in separate account name folder each account in new location.   adds greater complexity , can confusing editing p pro.

 

as result, considering should leave system files , limit size.  there workable way relocate system files using p pro?

why relocating my documents folder @ all? why don't create e.g. documents folder in non-system drive , include in documents library every user?

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
