security problem?

why apple call adobe "an unidentified developer"? mac not allow installation of adobe digital reader.

one of significant new features in os x mountain lion gatekeeper, new security system keep users installing nefarious applications on machines.

the new system relies not on mac app store distribution means of vetting apps, on new "identified developer" program under developers distributing applications outside of mac app store can register apple , receive personalized certificate can use sign applications.  apple can use system track developers , disable certificates if malicious activity detected.

 

please carefull while choosing options.

i using ubuntu desktop on lucid , keyboard changes british keys american keys, #/£, ~/| , "/@ around. in system->preferences->keyboard menu have set keyboard uk. when log via putty uk keys come out right. there other place more configuration required? /vfclistsguy actually settings should enough.. can try setxkbmap -query see current layout settings.
